This year, I am committed to making over 1000 women healthy and strong. Through personalized diet plans, education, and continuous support, I aim to help each woman achieve her health goals and regain her confidence.

My Journey: From Struggle to Strength


Transitioning into womanhood and motherhood is a joyous event, but it often brings weight and health challenges. After giving birth to two children, I gained 14 kgs, going from 54 kgs to 68 kgs. I also experienced PCOD symptoms, including mood swings, lethargy, heavy bleeding, hair fall, and insomnia, all while managing family responsibilities without external support.

Determined not to let these challenges affect my peace or my children’s well-being, I embarked on a fitness journey from scratch. I started with 5-10 minutes of yoga daily, gradually increasing the duration as my body became more flexible. I adjusted my diet, cutting down on sweets and introducing simple detox waters and portion control. Committing to this routine for 21 days, I soon saw improvements: reduced bloating, better sleep, increased energy, clearer skin, and reduced hair fall.

Within a month, I lost 4 kgs. Motivated by this success, I extended my workouts to 45 minutes a day, sometimes adding 30-minute evening sessions, and adopted healthier eating habits. After 3.5 months, I had lost 12 kgs. This transformation earned me respect and validation from my family, and more importantly, I learned to value myself and my health.



Re-igniting My Professional Passion

With renewed energy and confidence, I decided to restart my profession, aiming to help other women achieve their fitness goals and find peace in their lives. Over the past 6 years, I am proud to have positively impacted the health of over 1000 women.


My Approach to Diet Planning


No Supplements! No Weight Loss Powders or Drinks!If you are looking for supplements, stay away from booking appointments. My approach is rooted in natural, home-based foods, often incorporating Ayurvedic and natural food therapies. I do not advocate for boiled food, starving, or fasting. Instead, I plan diets according to my clients' needs, kitchen resources, and routines.
